A downloadable tool for Windows

Uploading this project as i am in need of the application myself.

This is a notepad using RTF files and a backupfile that is saved after each input. Activate the backup in the menu.

The program was created with Clickteam Fusion 2.5. Setup file is just in case if you cant get it to work.
